Terms and Conditions

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash 
• Cashier’s Check 
• Personal Check (must be accompanied by valid photo identification or a bank letter of guarantee)
• Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

A 3% office processing fee will be added to all purchases.
This fee will be waived for purchases paid in cash, cashier’s check, or personal check.

All checks will be processed through our electronic check reader at the time of payment.

1. Role of McFarlin Livestock
   McFarlin Livestock acts solely as the selling agent and makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the livestock offered for sale.
    
2. Guarantees
   There is no guarantee on any horse sold unless the owner makes a specific written guarantee. In such cases, any recourse must be taken directly with the seller.
   Buyers are responsible for reviewing and verifying registration papers before purchasing and removing horses from the premises.
    
3. Transfer of Ownership
   Title and responsibility for the horse pass to the buyer at the fall of the hammer. From that moment, the buyer assumes all risk and care for the horse.
    
4. Bidding Disputes
   If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer’s decision will be final.
